I didn’t write it as therapy.
I wrote it because I had no other way to carry the weight.
I wasn’t trying to be understood.
I was trying to stay alive.

Why I Chose the Scroll Format
Because these aren’t chapters.

I didn’t want the structure of a “proper” book.
I wanted a mirror.
And that’s what this is:
